How to Return an Item (It's as Easy as Pie!):

1. Give Us a Shout:

Did something not work out? No worries at all!
Just reach out to our super-friendly team within 7 business days of receiving your order. We're all ears!

Please include: order number, style number, reason for the return, and a photo or video if the item is defective. For more details, check our FAQ page.

 

2. Wait for Our Sweet Instructions:

Once your return is approved, we'll email you with all the details you need, including the address of our Los Angeles warehouse for shipping your return.

Prefer to drop it off in person?
You can also return items at our Los Angeles showroom!

3. We'll Handle the Rest:

Our lovely Returns Team will take it from here! Returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive them.

  • Items should be in their original condition and packaging.
  • No returns without prior approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds and Store Credits:

  • Oopsie Items (Defective/Damaged or Incorrect): You choose! Full store credit or a refund. We'll cover all costs for defective items.
  • Changed Your Mind? No problem! We'll give you a store credit to pick something your customers will adore from our latest arrivals. (There's a small 3% PayPal fee for PayPal orders on change-of-mind returns.)
  • Refund Timing: Your bank might take 3 working days to show the refund. They're just being thorough!

A Few More Sweet Notes:

  • No Restocking Fee: As long as you follow our return policy, there's no restocking fee. It's our way of keeping things sweet and simple!
  • Return Shipping Fees: We can't refund these for change-of-mind returns, but we promise they're for a good cause - getting fabulous clothes to you!
  • Store Credit: Use your store credit on your next fabulous order. If you exchange your return, shipping fees apply.
  • Final Sale: All sale, clearance, Black Friday sale items, and items bought with discounts of 20% or more are final and cannot be returned or refunded. But they're such great deals, we're sure you'll love them!
  • Oops, Address Mishaps: We know mistakes happen! If a package is refused or sent to the wrong address, we'll need to deduct the return shipping fee. Double-checking your shipping details helps us keep costs sweet for everyone!
  • Following the Policy: We kindly ask that you follow our return steps carefully. If the proper steps aren't taken, a 20% restocking fee may apply. But don't worry – we're here to guide you through the process!

A Sweet Reminder About Your Goodies:

While we carefully check all items before they leave our warehouse, we kindly ask you to give your new arrivals a quick once-over when they reach you. It's important to make sure everything is perfect and meets your fabulous standards! Please note:

  • Items damaged due to handling after delivery can't be refunded.
  • Products with detached or missing tags aren't eligible for returns.
